My First Week on hCG

Since I joined the hCG forum community I blogged on a few days about my progress and how I've been feeling. Here are some of my post: Vlcd Day 2 June 21st, 2011 at 09:27 PM It's so great to step on a scale and see the numbers actually decreasing. I weighed myself this morning, yesterday was my first day on the VLCD and I was 4 lbs lighter than my pre-load weight! I'm starting up all my vitamins and supplements, to make up for lack of calories, so energy level has been normal and I'm still doing ok. Hope I can make it through another 37 days! Vlcd 5 Rate this Entry 4 Comments June 24th, 2011 at 11:59 AM (59 Views) Today is my 5th day on the VLCD. My body seems to be getting used to eating just those 500 calories. Still feel hungry sometimes but for the most part I'm good. There is one thing that's been totally weird...I've had nightmares about food! Last night I had nightmares about eating foods that were not part of protocol and gaining back the weight. My subconscious is obviously thinking about that even when I sleep, lol. As of this morning I'm down 9 lbs from my pre-load weight. It's definitely exciting to see the numbers on the scale going down! Vlcd 8 June 27th, 2011 at 09:53 AM The hunger I felt on the first two days has completely subsided. I've gotten quite used to my current food consumption. I had a 2 days when I felt my blood sugar drop, but an apple helped pick it back up. As of my weigh in this morning, I've lost 14 lbs! Just amazing...looove it. I hope that it will stay off once I go into P3 and P4 **After EIGHT days I'm down 14 lbs so my weight was 241.8!**
