21 Day Fix Update

The last couple of days have been hectic for me. I'm focusing a lot of attention on packing up my apartment since we've only got a few days left there. I was also sick for two days so unfortunately I didn't do my yoga on Sunday or Total Body Cardio on Monday. However, since it's Doubles Week, I did get my workouts in today! I did Upper Fix and Total Body Cardio and wow I was surprised that I made it through both workouts without collapsing from exhaustion!
I also took some progress pictures last night and I'm amazed at the change in just 14 days!!! I was always an active person with healthy eating habits but I have never seen results this quickly even when I was working out more than 1 hour daily! I attribute this to not only the workouts but the meal plan and my Shakeology which has been amazing for muscle recovery, stopping cravings and helping with digestion!
I'm looking forward to the rest of my 21 Day Fix Challenge Doubles Week and Round 2 starting April 6th!
