BBQ Chicken Pizza

Ingredients
1 cup diced, cooked chicken
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce (I used this Gluten-free, jarred sauce)*
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1 cup grated Gouda cheese
1/4 medium purple onion, very thinly sliced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 paleo pizza crust
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350° F.
Prepare the paleo pizza crust and pre-cook according to instructions (approximately 12 minutes on a pre-heated pizza stone).
Combine the diced chicken and 2 tablespoons of barbecue sauce. (Best if preheated a bit).
Cover the pizza crust with 1/4 cup barbecue sauce.
Top with 1 cup of grated gouda cheese (or cheese of your choice – smoked gouda would be great).
Add thinly sliced purple onions.
Top with BBQ flavored chicken and 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro.
Place into the preheated 350° F oven onto a hot pizza stone and cook for approximately 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Top with remaining 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh cilantro.
Slice and serve immediately.
