21 Day Fix Day 6 Dirty 30

Woo hoo, day 6 of the 21 Day Fix Challenge! Time for some Dirty 30...I had no idea what to expect aside from the program description which explains that it's 4 rounds, so 8 workouts.

Since I decided to surprise myself with the workouts, I wasn't sure if Dirty 30 would be cardio, strength or stretching. Of course I was still a bit sore, but not as much as I was before since my body is getting used to it. Since it's the weekend, working out gets a bit tricky as far as timing goes. Sounds silly, but weekends are for cleaning, groceries and cooking in my house. I ended up doing the workout quite late but the important thing is I got it done.

This workout focused primarily on strength. There are some moves from some of the previous workouts, and some new ones. Either way, it's another butt kicking. I suspect tomorrow morning I will not be as sore because my body is definitely getting used to this. Thankfully I'm going for the doubles option! I love feeling that soreness because I know it's working, which is all the excitement and motivation I need to keep pushing myself harder.
