21 Day Fix Day 7 Yoga Fix

Omg I made it through the first week of the 21 Day Fix Challenge and we've arrived at my favorite workout EVER, Yoga Fix! I've always loved yoga not only because it's a total body workout, but also because it's great for muscle recovery!

Since I'm a yoga enthusiast I knew what to expect and was happy to find that I could still do all of the moves without having to modify them! It was wonderful to stretch my muscles the way I did during the workout because I plan to pump it up this upcoming week. I'm also planning on doing the doubles option during week 3, so I definitely need my muscles to limber up.

Now that I've completed my first week, I can also gladly annouce that I already see a huge difference physically. I took my day 7 pictures and my tummy looks like it's already going down! Yay for a flat belly!
