21 Day Fix Day 8 Total Body Cardio + Bonus 10 Minute Ab Fix

By now you all know I'm doing the 21 Day Fix Challenge and what my first experience with Total Body Cardio was, if not you can check it out HERE. Since it's the beginning of my second week I decided I wanted to up the ante so to speak.
My third week will be a doubles week, basically I'll be doing two workouts instead of one to maximize my results. In order to prep myself a bit for it, I'll be adding the 10 Minute Ab Fix after every workout this week. As expected this workout was easier for me to do today. I was able to do more of the exercises without modifying them, but there were still some I modified because of my knees. Primarily the surrenders. I expect there will be some soreness tomorrow, but definitely not at much as there was last week.
I also realized how important my mat is. I forgot to lay it out and quickly realized that my back was not happy when doing my ab exercises without it. It's no wonder I always had an aversion to ab workouts in the past, my spine was screaming "stop working out on a hard surface!"
