21 Day Fix Day 9 Upper Fix + Bonus 10 Minute Ab Fix

Day 9 of the 21 Day Fix Challenge has come and gone and this girl feels great. When Audrey tells you that it's not getting easier you're just getting better, she's not kidding. It did feel easier and that's even with me adding heavier weights. If you'd like to read about my first experience with Upper Fix, go HERE.

Since this is my second time doing Upper Fix I decided to do each exercise with my heavier weights to keep my body challenged. I also added the 10 Minute Ab Fix to the end of my workout as I will be doing with every workout this week. I am seeing some definition in my arms and my stomach while still not where I would like it to be is showing some improvement as well.
