21 Day Fix Day 5 Cardio Fix

Ah the beauty that is cardio! Today's 21 Day Fix Challenge was as you know by now, a heart pumping cardio workout.
I have to admit, the Cardio Fix workout was by far the best cardio I have done in a long time. It wasn't just aimless jumping around or running in place. The exercises were definitely meant to be both aerobic and strength building. The first two rounds were serious cardio exercises. In the third and fourth round, she gives you more of a recovery with one lighter move followed by one heavier cardio move. Indeed during this workout the dreaded burpee rears it's ugly head. Not just one set of burpees but two! To be honest though, I really enjoyed the feeling.
At the end there was a bonus round to really bring it home that this workout is meant to burn those calories off. Thus far, I'm 100% satisfied and excited with this workout plan. It's one of the best I've done since I first started working out at the ripe old age of 14.
