21 Day Fix Day 10- Lower Fix

Day 10 of the 21 Day Fix Challenge and perhaps Autumn is right, I am getting better at this. I'm trying to figure out how to push myself more at this point. I'm working up a sweat during my workouts but I'm not feeling sore the following day anymore. Perhaps my muscles are just used to working now? I've added more weight and modifying less. I haven't really lost any weight, but I haven't gained any and my husband says he can see a lot more muscle definition and tone lately.

I did Lower Fix today and I really enjoyed it. I was surprised that I didn't really feel the need to modify the workouts this time around and I was able to do it with my weights unlike last week. I finally got my new Shakeology bag today which makes me happy because it gives me such an energy boost and helps my muscles heal. Maybe that's why I didn't feel so drained after the workout! Tomorrow is Pilates Fix again, and I'm looking forward to it. I really enjoyed the workouts last time. Definitely one of the best workout programs I've ever done!
